Clan Sibko - The only other sibkin to pass warrior training became a rival. Hated Karina as she was always the ristar of the sibko. Tour of Duty : Clan - Defense of a Jade Falcon world - Since the trinary was just formed, they had only a star's worth of mechs until the replacements were delivered. - A clan wolf raid with only one star versus a trinary's worth of wolf mechs. - Clan Wolf issued a batchall, one star vs one star, but later called down the last bid as they were losing, another two stars. - Karina's star was badly hit, all but 2 mechs destroyed though only one warrior killed. -Karina and her other warrior held off almost two stars worth of enemy mechs by themselves. - The last wolf warrior hit Karina's cockpit just glancingly enough to miss crushing the whole thing but resulting in Karina's Timberwolf being destroyed and her left arm was crushed under debris in the cockpit. She managed to extract herself from the mangled cockpit but her arm was beyond help. It was later surgically amputated and replaced with a myomer prosthetic.
